If you have a mobile phone why not download the St John Ambulance app which gives you clear advice on what to do in a medical emergency from choking to step by step audio instructions on how to do resuscitation known as CPR (= Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).

Many of you will know that we have two defibrillators in Bomere Heath one on the front of the Bomere Heath Village Hall, the other can be found behind the serving counter at the CO-OP.
