In line with the government's advice on social distancing, Bourton-on-the-Water Parish Council has suspended all meetings. The Council now awaits further guidance on how to manage its business going forward.

The Planning Committee will be trialling Skype in order to carry its meeting remotely on Wednesday 25th March. Zoom is also being considered as an alternative means of hosting future virtual meetings.

The Parish Council office and The George Moore Community Centre are no longer open to the public but Parish Council staff can still be contacted by telephone or email between 9.00am & 3.00pm Monday to Friday on 01451 820712.

Vanessa Oliveri, Parish Clerk:

Joanna Herbert, Assistant Clerk:

The Parish Council's three playgrounds at Rye Crescent, Melville and The Naight have been closed today with immediate effect until further notice and no safety checks will be carried out on the play equipment during this time.

The playing fields at Melville and The Naight will remain open as will our three allotment sites at Piece Hedge, Cemetery Lane and Springvale.

The car parks on Station Road and Rissington are also closed until further notice.

The Parish Councillors and staff wish you all well and urge you to take extra care during this very difficult time. Stay safe.
