Cwmchwefru Wool Cwmchwefru Wool comes from a flock of sheep specially bred to produce fine soft wool in a variety of natural colours. It is spun in Wales and knitted on the farm into designer original jumpers, hats, and jackets, woven into throws by a local weaver, and we also have hand-knitting wool for those who like to create their own. Sheepskins are organically tanned, ideal for baby sleeping mats and yoga mats- unique with their natural colours.

Glanbrydan We are a truly cottage business that started from a fundamental belief that eating should be an experience to be remembered with the myriad of glorious tastes able to be readily identified. Everything including the pastry is made by hand in our little Carmarthenshire cottage, utilising locally sourced Welsh produce where possible. It is then cooked with care and love which supports our statement of “Food Your Mam Would Be Proud Of”. Passionate is an often misused word but in our case it only begins to sum us up.

The Gourmet Gardener From our garden and nursery in the heart of the Brecon Beacons we grow a range of interesting and unusual edible plants ranging from herbs, soft fruit, vegetables, trees, shrubs, bulbs and edible tubers. We grow using organic methods and permaculture principles and don't use any chemicals or pesticides.
The plants have inspired us to create a range of seasonal condiments. We pick ingredients at their best and take them straight to the kitchen to get the freshest flavours. Our range changes throughout the seasons but often includes vinegars, oils, syrups, cordials, shrubs, pesto, salsas, sauerkraut, dips and sauces.
