SOCIAL EVENTS

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the Management Committee have taken the decision to close the Clubhouse until 1st January 2021, when the decision will be reviewed. This means that the Social Calendar planned for the 2020 closed season is suspended. We will however, be running monthly Zoom quizzes and would welcome any ideas for other events that can be hosted remotely.

Brush Bowls Club has a very active social side, during the Spring/Summer playing season and the Winter closed season.

All Social events are open to members and non-members, so you can bring friends with you to enjoy the activities.

During the playing season April to end September, Friday Night is Club Night. This is a relaxed, casual, fun evening with the opportunity to join in a Roll-Up game and we have a BBQ afterwards doing July and August.

The events we host act as vital fund raising opportunities for the Club. It takes considerable organisation by the Social Team and the Club members to make these events such a great success.

Our usual calendar of events includes Dance evenings, Quiz evenings, special events nights such as New Years Eve and St. Valentines Day and music from individual performers and groups. We are always looking for ideas for other social events, so come forward with your suggestions.
