 Crusaders Bowling Club
Burbage Crusaders Bowling Club is a small and friendly bowling club founded in 1991.  Our ethos is that bowling should be friendly competition with the main emphasis on all players enjoying the game.
Our home green is the Burbage Parish Council Green on Bridge Road, Burbage, which we share with another club.
We play friendly matches most weekends during the season and occasionally during the week.  We also play in a Monday night triples league and have an informal ‘roll up’ most Wednesday afternoons during the season.  All these are mixed sex games.  Only Ladies league matches are played single sex.
In addition to these games we have an annual Charity day to raise money for a local charity and, at the discretion of the President, President’s Day.
Apart from bowling we have occasional lunches at local pubs, skittles evenings and Christmas dinner.
The Parish Council give senior citizens their first year of bowling free of charge and we also waive the first year’s club membership fee.

Interested in joining us?  Give any committee member a call and they will be happy to answer any questions and arrange for you to come along and meet us either informally at one of our Wednesday ‘roll ups’ or at one of our friendly matches.
