Sponsor, help and donate

We would love to hear from companies, organisations or individuals who may want to support the Midsummer Fair. Here are ways you can help, by:

  • Sponsoring some of the larger costs we need to cover e.g. BBQ, beer and Pimms, entertainment, insurance, first aid, promotion contact us
  • Volunteering time to help in the set up and dismantling of the show ground, marshalling or running a stall for an hours or two during the time the fair is open contact us
  • Making donations (large or small) which are very gratefully received. The fair is run by volunteers and all proceeds are raised for the benefit of the community. Would you like to make a voluntary donation? contact us or DONATE NOW

Those sponsoring 'big ticket' items will receive a grateful shout out in the Fair programme and we will link to your business/organisation's site from your logo* on our website front page.   Similarly donors will be publicly thanked, unless they prefer to remain anonymous.
