Annual Parish Meeting '23

The Annual Parish Meeting provides the opportunity for residents to meet representatives from the different groups and organisations in the parish and to ask questions about their work and activities over the past 12 months and also about their future plans.

The informal event, hosted by the Parish Council, was held in the Pavilion, Charlwood, on 23rd May and it was encouraging to see new and old residents attending. New chair person Lisa Scott introduced presentations which were given by the Save West Of Ifield group and the River Mole River Watch group. There followed presentations by GACC chairman Peter Barclay about the imminent Gatwick Development Consent Order application and from Inspector James Green, the new Mole Valley borough commander.

There was agreement that all presentations were valuable and informative.

Many organisations supplied annual reports and these were available to be read on the night. They are attached below for the benefit of those who were not able to attend.
