Committee Proceedings

The Committee will publish the minutes of their meetings here and these will include any papers submitted or approved by the Committee. Minutes will normally be published in full, though we reserve the right to make redactions, if we discuss any confidential matters. The minutes will appear a month in arrears, as they are not official until approved by the subsequent meeting. The minutes of the previous 6 months will be shown here. Should you wish to refer further back, the Secretary maintains a complete record of all meetings.

The draft agenda will also be published below in the week leading up to the next meeting. If they have a view on any topic for discussion, members may make these known to committee members.

Committee meetings normally take place on the first Thursday of each month. There is no meeting in November, when the AGM is held.
