OPEN DAY ARRANGEMENTS

Volunteers are still needed for the Open Day on Sunday 19 May: the more members are present, the more the various tasks can be shared around, but we need to know in advance, so that we can organize rotas, to make sure everyone gets some time to enjoy themselves as well.

Catering: Steve already has this in hand, but if you want to help in this area, let him know.

Jim Bowd will be organizing the manning of the bar, so if you can manage a stint there, talk to him.

We are intending to hold a raffle, so donations of prizes would be welcome, but we also need people to sell the tickets!

Andy Todd will be looking after the Short Mat but would like some help with supervising that area.

Finally we will need some people to man the gate, take names of guests (which we need to do for safety reasons) and hand out refreshment vouchers.

Remember, it's supposed to be fun and to attract new members, so keep smiling!
