A CWBC triples team of Tudor Morris, Keith Hawkes and Andy Todd travelled to Fairford on Friday night (10 May) for the 1st round of the County Triples competition. After a fairly even few ends CWBC managed to open out a lead of 17 - 10, but Fairford came back strongly. On the last end the score was 17 - 16, but Tudor came up trumps with a bowl touching the jack, which Fairford could not move, so we won 18 - 16. The next round will be against a Cheltenham Town triple on at 6 pm on Monday evening (13 May), all support welcome!
