If you would like to improve your knowledge of the Laws of Bowls, find out how to measure accurately or mark a match correctly, then 2 courses, run by the English Bowls Umpires' Association, are available at local indoor bowls clubs. The dates are 06 October at MidGlos IBC and 07 December at Cotswold IBC (Stroud). Full details are available here on the Club website and will be posted on the Club noticeboard.
