Reporting a Problem
There is an app for your smart phone which you can use to report things like potholes, fly tipping, abandoned cars etc. ,it is called 'Fix my Street' and covers the whole country. You take a photo of the issue allowing the app to record your gps position at that time, and it then sends the photo and location through to the relevant authority for fixing.
