20's Plenty

Cheselbourne Parish Council 20 is Plenty

You may be aware that Dorset Council has been reviewing the current policy for implementation of a 20mph speed limit in towns and villages across Dorset. The aim has been to streamline and simplify the process for town and parish councils to apply for the reduction in speed, whilst ensuring effective engagement with residents and evidence gathering mechanisms remains in place to support successful bids.

Cheselbourne Parish Councillors are unanimously in favour of exploring a bid for a reduction in speed to 20 mph. Watch out for further information coming up, or contact any member of the parish council if you want to discuss the proposal or get involved.
