Clayworth Parish Council

Planning Applications

The Parish Council are consulted by Bassetlaw District Council Planning Department on all planning applications relating to Clayworth.

​As Clayworth Village is a designated Conservation area, and has a Design Code adopted by Bassetlaw District Council, there are certain restrictions that apply to Planning Applications and the Planning process.

Applications are considered by the Councillors via a scheme of delegation and any response is published on the Bassetlaw District Council planning portal and also in the parish council meeting minutes.

You can view Planning Applications and make a comment directly on to the Bassetlaw District Council web site for all applications with a status of 'pending consideration'.
