At their recent meeting, Compton Parish Council considered requests for grants from various organisations that have impact within the Parish of Compton.
The following grants have been provided under LGA 1972 s.137:
Friends of Compton Primary School £225
Pang Valley Flood Forum £100
1st Compton Scout Group £225
Compton Rainbows, Brownies and Guides £225
Compton Pre-school £200
Autumn Group £225
Compton Scout and Guide Hut £225
The following grant has been provided under LGA 1972 s.214(6):
St Mary and St Nicholas Church PCC £350
