The Bowling Green itself will be open for play from 1:30 pm on Saturday 20th April. If non-members would like to come along and learn more about bowls or to give it ago then you are very welcome to come and join us.  

We are an active lawn bowling club to the South West of York and have around 40 members playing in men's, ladies and mixed leagues on one of the finest bowling surfaces in the York area. As well as the competitive local York leagues we also have social games throughout the season.

We also have 'Come and Try' days for non-members to try at bowling throughout the summer season every Tuesday and Thursday from mid-day to 2:00pm. No previous experience is necessary, just wear a pair of flat shoes or trainers to protect the green. Bowls will be provided as well as tuition and support where needed.
