During June this year, Countesthorpe Bowls Club celebrated not only President's Day (John Sanders) but also the 90th Anniversary of the Club. The day was most enjoyable and was followed by a wonderful buffet tea which had been prepared by the President's daughter-in-law; who had also prepared a superb cake. We were blessed with good weather (thankfully!) as the rain managed to hold off - a rare occasion for early June!
