Crofton Bowling Club
The weekend catering rota is established by the Social & Catering Sub-Committee Chair, supported by the Ladies' Secretary and the Assistant Secretary, to support a range of home fixtures and events, including friendlies, and multi-club, inter-club, in-club competition events and other bowling and social/non-bowling events, which are all expected to be listed in the Club's calendar.
Members are allotted their own day(s) of duty to provide event catering in support of these matches/events.

Any member wishing to exchange their currently assigned day/event with another member should arrange this directly with the other member, then contact the Ladies' Secretary, as responsible rota 'holder', to advise of the agreed swap, or notify by updating the clubhouse notice-board version of this document. The updated rota schedule will be subsequently re-posted here and on one of the clubhouse notice-boards.
