Another lovely Sunday afternoon on this crisp autumn day - first the regular Sunday afternoon group met at Allen Gallery and got 'arty' and inspired to make some decorations for our Christmas tree that will be put up later this week.

Then some of our lovely members joined Timeless Reflections for the first afternoon tea held at the Vokes, opposite the Catholic church. What a lovely time they had in such a comfortable venue. Next afternoon tea will be held in January. But in the meantime if anyone over 60 years would like a lovely two course lunch on a weekday with transport to and fro for only £8.00 - contact Vokes Lunch Club on 01420 84235

The Sensory Garden in the Town park will of course be maintained by Dementia-friendly Alton over the winter period so thats its ready for us to enjoy along with everyone else in the Spring (well as soon as its a bit warmer). Anyone wanting to catch up / chat the the Dementia-friendly Alton Team will find us at the Allen gallery on Sunday afternoons, rather than the Happy to Talk bench (but just while its winter) - please come and see us or contact us at anytime.
