Diddlebury

- Diddlebury is a small village within a large civil parish in the beautiful Corvedale, Shropshire.

- The name 'Diddlebury' is thought to have originated from that of a local Anglo-Saxon chieftan 'Duddlea', an old English name and 'burgh' (meaning dwelling or settlement).

- The Village has a church, St Peters, and a primary school

- Westhope is a small village in the civil parish of Diddlebury in Shropshire, England.

- Westhope Manor

- Westhope Manor was the country seat of the Dyer family on an estate that had been owned by the family since the 18th century.The manor house was designed by English architect Guy Dawber, known for working in the late Arts and Crafts style. Dawber exhibited "two sets of drawings at the Royal Academy in 1902, shortly after its completion, on a virgin site.

Peaton

- Peaton is a hamlet in the civil parish of Diddlebury in Shropshire, England.

- It is situated between Diddlebury and Bouldon. The Pye Brook flows past the hamlet, with Peaton Bridge taking the Bouldon-Diddlebury lane across it.

Bouldon

-  Bouldon is a hamlet in the civil parish of Diddlebury in Shropshire, England.

- The hamlet comprises approximately 14 houses, a number of agricultural buildings and a public house named the "Tally Ho".

-  At the beginning of the English Civil War a charcoal iron furnace was constructed in Bouldon which manufactured cannons and cannonballs for Ludlow and Bridgnorth castles
