Hunsterson

Hunsterson includes the old settlements of Brown Moss, Four Lane End, Foxes Bank and Whittakers Green. Three timber framed buildings are listed Grade II. Yew Tree thatched cottage and Brown Moss Farmhouse on Pewit Lane which date from the 16th or 17th century and Foxes Barn cottage and Greenfields on Bridgemere Lane dates from the 17th century. Grade II listed Pewit Hall is a three storey red brick farmhouse dating from the 19th century.
