Freeholders' Rights

Historically, maintenance of the roads within Old Domewood was undertaken cooperatively by residents. Current arrangements operate under a formal company structure and property owners rights and obligations are governed by their individual title documents and any agreements that have chosen to enter into.

Freehold ownership does not in itself, create obligations beyond those contained in law or in any binding agreement to which an owner is party. Residents are encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding their position.
