Drayton Village Hall comprises one main hall measuring 4.8 m by 10.1 m  (15 ft by 33 ft) and has a seated capacity of 45 and a standing capacity of 90. There are 51 chairs, 10 long tables with a further 10 small card tables. There are two unisex toilets, one being for disabled use and with nappy changing facilities. There is also wheelchair access at the front of the building. 

Heating in the hall is by means of high level electric radiant heaters.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and kettles together with crockery & cutlery.

There is a skittle alley for use with the hall.

To the rear is a car park which can accommodate up to 6 to 8 cars and there is some on-road parking available.

There is an electricity coin meter which serves the sockets and radiant heaters in the main hall. The meter takes £1 and £2 coins. Lighting throughout and electrics in the kitchen are not covered by the coin meter.
