There are some minor issues with certain content published on the website, which are detailed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Some older event images and posters may not have adequate alternative text descriptions. This does not meet WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.1.1 (Non-text Content). We are committed to ensuring all new content we publish will meet accessibility standards.

Disproportionate burden

We are not claiming disproportionate burden for any accessibility issues at this time.

Content that is not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they are not essential to providing our services. Some older PDF and Word documents may not be fully accessible to screen reader software. Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.

We display location information using an embedded map. However, we also provide an accessible text alternative with the full postal address and postcode for users of assistive technology.
