There’s real disappointment and a lot of anger on site at the moment about how Regency Living's Development team are behaving. And it’s not just here - we’re hearing the same concerns from dozens of other Regency sites.

A major part of the problem seems to be that the Development Team seem determined to do whatever they want, and they clearly don’t like anyone standing in their way. It’s not how a decent company behaves, and people are understandably upset. In fact, nobody seems to have a good word to say about that team at any other park.

The question everyone keeps asking is: what can we actually do?

Please be assured that the RA is exploring every route available to deal with this ongoing situation, which continues to disrupt people’s homes and daily lives at Dunton, leaving many residents stressed and exhausted. We even have an appointment booked for legal advice.

One of the most powerful tools residents have is speaking publicly about your experiences. Honest, first‑hand accounts help warn people considering buying homes here about what life is really like. There are plenty of review platforms — and Google is a good place to start — where you can leave your own truthful experience of the company. It’s effective because the first thing buyers do is look up real customer reviews.

Alongside this, we will be looking into the most effective ways to deal with the matter from a legal perspective. We’re not afraid of using the tribunal system, as you all know - and if that’s what it takes, watch this space.
