Council Meetings

Ordinary Meetings of Eskdaleside cum Ugglebarnby Parish Council are usually held on the first Monday of the month at 6.30pm, in:

Joyce Sargeant Room of Sleights Village Hall,  53 Coach Road, Sleights, Whitby, YO22 5BT. Some meetings a year are held in Littlebeck Village Hall.

You are warmly invited to attend Council meetings, and time is allotted at each meeting for members of the public to speak. 

If you would like something added to the agenda of a meeting, please contact the Clerk. Alternatively, you can contact one of our Councillors to discuss the issue first. N.B. The Council is only permitted to make decisions on items on the agenda, please contact the Clerk at least 10 days before the meeting to have it included in that month.

The agenda for the next meeting of Eskdaleside cum Ugglebarnby Parish Council is posted here 5 days before the meeting, and on the noticeboards within Sleights (Station and Spar) and Littlebeck Church.
