Farnsfield TC Finals Day
Saturday, 8th September

The weather looked grey but the finalists taking part in Finals Day for 2018 overcame all obstacles to provide some excellent tennis and matches were completed on time.
Competition with the Tour of Britain bike race did nothing to dampen the performance on the court and the support from parents, friends and Club players was superb.

The finals were taken over by our very talented youngsters with a bit of help from some ‘oldies’. Annabel Bird and Rhys Biro-Moore, following up on their mixed doubles success from last week as winners at the U14 Nottinghamshire County Championships, were each in 3 Finals on the day with Rhys winning two of his finals and Annabel winning all three!

For the first time very attractive individual trophies were awarded to the winners of all events.
