Fleckney Neighbourhood Plan Referendum 6th May 2021 – Make Your Vote Count
A Referendum relating to the adoption of the Fleckney Neighbourhood Plan will be held on Thursday 6th May 2021.
The question which will be asked in the Referendum is ‘Do you want Harborough District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Fleckney to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?’
The Referendum will be conducted in accordance with procedures which are similar to those used at local government elections.
A copy of the specified documents, that is those documents listed below, may be inspected at;

The specified documents are:
- The Referendum version of the Fleckney Neighbourhood Plan.
- The report of the independent examiner into the Fleckney Neighbourhood Plan.
- A summary of representations submitted to the independent examiner.
- A statement of the Local Planning Authority’s satisfaction that the draft Neighbourhood Plan meets the basic conditions specified by statute and complies with the provision made by or under Section 38A and 38B of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
- A statement that sets out general information as to town and country planning including neighbourhood planning and the referendum.
- A map of the Fleckney referendum area.
