Two Shires Medical Practice and Kibworth Medical Centre are urging patients to have their say on the practices’ proposal to merge the two practices into one practice.

The 90-day consultation began on Wednesday 18 July and will end on Monday 15 October. The practices are encouraging as many patients as possible to provide their feedback by taking part in a short survey. Stakeholders and members of the public are also invited to participate
