In light of the recent receipt of planning application WD/2020/1244/MAJ from Wealden District Council, Fletching Parish Council have convened an extra-ordinary meeting on Monday 21st September 2020, at 7pm. This meeting will be held remotely via ZOOM.

Details of this planning application, including plans, drawings and other documents received, can be viewed on-line by visiting:

There will be a public session for the first 10 minutes of the meeting when questions can be asked of the council or representations made, regarding items on the agenda. At the Chairman's discretion, members of the public may speak at other points during the meeting if they have knowledge or information that will aid the discussion. In accordance with the Standing Orders of the council, members of the public may not speak for more than 2 minutes and a question may not require a response at the meeting or start a debate on the question.

In order to aid the effective working of remote meetings, any questions from the public should be emailed to the Clerk no later than Friday 18th September.
