On behalf of all the Officials and Members we welcome you to our club website, which we trust will be informative and of interest to everyone.
Established and affiliated with Bowls Bedfordshire in 1923, we have been a home to bowlers in Flitwick and the surrounding villages for over 100 years.
We cater for all levels of bowling skills, from members who enjoy a friendly social practice game through to those who participate in our extensive friendly fixture programme, to the Ladies and Men’s competition bowlers who over the years have had wide success at County and National level.
Beginners of all ages are most welcome and help is at hand with our qualified coach to guide you.
We also have an active social membership (non bowlers). Our club has a competitively priced bar. We hold various social events during the winter for all members, including a Darts League, Quiz/Music Nights, Bingo, Games Nights, and Horse Racing.
During the Summer anyone is welcome to come along and watch a game of bowls. If you are interested in giving bowls a try then please speak to one of our members.
There is a comfortable lounge bar and various outdoor seating areas to enjoy watching a game.
The club opens for bowling in April and our season closes in September.
Whether you are considering taking up bowls for the first time, or thinking of changing clubs, we would be pleased to hear from you and provide you with further information.
We also have a comprehensive 'Members' Club web site where everything about the club from receiving email alerts about upcoming games and social events to where they can register to play in games or attend our social events.
