Bursaries from the EIBA

The EIBA has 4 different types of Bursaries

1. Level 1 Qualification in Coaching Bowls

2. Level 2 Qualification in Coaching Bowls

3. Safeguarding Awareness Module

4. Safeguarding Officer Training

Coaching

The EIBA recognises the importance of coaching to players at all levels and in particular to new bowlers coming into the sport.

Therefore, it has introduced the EIBA Coaching Bursary to assist existing coaches and potential coaches in obtaining a Coach

Bowls Qualification.

What is Coach Bowls?

Coach Bowls is the Coaching System developed by the Bowls Development Alliance (BDA) on behalf of the sport of Bowls in England and is wholly supported by Bowls England, EIBA Ltd, BCGBA and ESMBA, to meet the needs of players and coaches at all levels. Coach Bowls is the only bowls coaching system supported and funded by the EIBA.
