Alton Station Footbridge Restoration Prospectus NOW OUT

The all-new Prospectus for the Alton Station Footbridge Restoration Project is now out. A limited print run of 50 has been made and copies are available from Alton Community Centre, or if you E-mail, phone or write, we can send you a copy. Otherwise, you can download it as a PDF from HERE.

This 8-page document outlines the history, where we are now and the proposed three phases for the project. Apart from informing people interested in the project, it is intended to show potential donors and funding bodies what our project is all about.

The launch of the prospectus coincides with the inclusion of a new 'Ladies of Alton' page on the FAS website. Although previously covered by the footbridge history page, we have expanded the information to such an extent that it justified a page in its own right. There is still more information to find, so as with all the pages of our website, we will update it as new information and events come along.
