South West Trains ran a charity booksale at Alton Station over Christmas and they raised £272.52 to donate to Alton Cardiac Rehab. They received a message from the General Manager, Martin Lovell, saying: "'This donation will make a positive contribution to helping Cardiac Rehab continue to improve the services it offers and those to whom we can offer those services."

We applaud this acheivment and all the work that the staff put into Alton station to improve the experience of the travelling public.
