We can provide coaching for newcomers to help you to get started with the techniques and the rules of the sport.

You do not need any experience, and other than having some flat soled shoes to protect the mats we play on, you require no special equipment to try the sport out. 

People of all ages and abilities are welcome and opportunities to participate on a competitive or on purely social basis are available.
