Sept 20 -  URGENT  Coronavirus ​

In view of the current uncertain situation with Coronavirus and the fact that members are classed as being in a Vulnerable Age Group, your Chairman, Secretary and Committee have reluctantly taken the decision to Cancel all Probus meetings until after mid-Nov 2020.

We are however exploring how we can keep members in better contact by Zoom and having interesting talks also by Zoom.  The committee will continue with its regular telephone contacting of members.

Aug 2019  - We have received a very nice letter from Bruce Jackman, our speaker on the Gurkas at the August meeting, thanking us for our total donation equivalent of £115.  This will provide Gurkha support equivalent of 1.5 months veteran's pension, or the gift of sight for 3 persons, or a smokeless stove for a veteran.

Apr 2019  The new Chairman for 2019/20 is Mr Chris Parsons.
