The chairman went for a short taster visit. The Yard is a real eye opener if you have not been before. (See attached) They cater for group visits of 15 or more. Visitors will be considered. (they have previously had visits from other ProBus clubs)  A guided tour would be up to 90 minutes. The charge per head would be approx £6 for a guided tour which would include all the various machines working.

The Underfall Yard - Bristol

Parking at the yard is in short supply. Therefore travel to the yard initially meet at 10.30 Clarence House first to share lifts, then go by car to Long Ashton Park and Ride then by a short bus ride (bus passes at the ready).  Our visit is timed for 11.30                                    After the visit we could (if individual members wish) then combine it with a meal at The Cottage Inn which is right next door.   Posted 27 Feb 2020
