Great Haseley Village Hall
Great Haseley Village Hall is conveniently located with easy access from the M40 at junction 7. The hall is a converted stone barn that retains much of its original character whilst providing modern facilities.
Great Haseley is a quintessential Oxfordshire village that is often used for the filming of Midsomer Murders. The Village Hall has attractive original beams and has starred in several episodes including as an antique Shop in 'Dark Autumn', a book signing session in 'The Fisher King'and as Midsomer Parva village hall in 'Blood Wedding'. Our lovely hall is also ideal for your event! It is a great location for parties, discos, meetings, coffee mornings or any other type of event that you have in mind.
The hall is owned by the Parish Council and run by an enthusiastic group of volunteers from the village and all monies generated from the hire of the hall are used for the continued improvement of the hall and the facilities provided.
Great Haseley Village Hall has had a very successful facelift thanks to the efforts of all those who volunteered over the weekend of the 11th and 12th of November 2017. Jobs completed included the painting of the new stage black, reprinting the whole hall below the dado rail to refresh the look of the hall, redecorating the cloakroom and toilets, clearing out the loft and cleaning rooms and three new additional cupboards in the kitchen. The results of everybody’s hard efforts can be since in the photos below.
