Steady and Strong exercise classes are for over 65’s

Would you like help with your balance?
Come and join our us on Friday morning 0945 - 1045 for an hour of balance, strength exercises and sociability.
Our aim is to :-
Reduce falls and the fear of falling.
Improve balance and strength.
Improve quality of life.
Improve social interaction.
We are an evidence based exercise programme that is recommended and utilised by the department of health.
I work for the NHS reablement services, I am a qualified Postural Stability Instructor. On Friday I teach in the community, the classes are fun and rewarding for us all.
