Annual Parish Meeting

An Annual Parish Meeting (APM)  is a requirement in England and it normally takes place between 1st March and 1st June each year. The Chairman of the Parish Council will normally call the meeting and act as Chairperson. Any elector has a right to vote at an APM.  Hordley Parish hold this meeting in March each year.

This meeting is not a Parish Council meeting but a more informal way of community engagement. It is an opportunity for any elector in the Parish to bring forward and discuss any issue or topic which they feel affects their community.

You are invited to attend the next Annual Parish Meeting on Thursday 21 March 2024 at 7pm at Hordley Village Hall. If you are a local group and wish to make a presentation and promote your group we will be pleased to hear from you. If possible, please contact the Clerk prior to the meeting.
