Hornsey Bowling Clubhouse and bar is available for hire for parties and social events subject to availability.

Capacity  50 people

Available to hire Clubhouse, Bar, small kitchen, toilets and small veranda.

Reasonable prices comparable to the area.

Bar facilities if required subject to availability of staff.           £50.00 per bar staff.

A refundable deposit is required of £50 for functions is required when booking

CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE PARTY HIRINGS

The charge for the hire of the hall is agreed with the secretary at the time of booking. We require a non-refundable deposit of £50.00   the balance to be paid before the party.  Once the Club is open, the Hirer is responsible for the security of the Club.  The Hirer will be responsible for any damage incurred during the letting and the Club must be reimbursed should any breakages occur.

The bar closes at 11.30pm. and the hall should be empty by 12.00p.m. to enable the bar staff to close at 12.30a.m.  THE MUSIC MUST END AT THE TIME THE BAR CLOSES.

PARTY POPPERS OR TABLE CONFETTI ARE NOT ALLOWED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHILDREN MUST NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE BOWLING GREEN.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE CLUB HOUSE.  Smoking is permitted on the club grounds and under the canopy by the front entrance to the clubhouse.  Ashtrays are provided so please use them.   Cigarette ends must NOT be thrown onto the bowling green.

There is a car park attached to the Bowls Club and all vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.  As the Club is in a residential area please inform guests to keep the noise down when leaving the party.
