Finance 2019/20

Update 5th April 2020 - owing to the Covid19 outbreak, new legislation has been passed by the Government allowing councils to meet 'virtually' via telephone or video link.  HBT Parish Council will not be meeting 'virtually' until May, therefore the end of year finances below have not yet been formally approved by full council.  The internal auditor is due to inspect the Parish Council's finances on 3rd June 2020.
