Report a variety of problems to Shropshire Council via the Fix My Street webpage or the Fix My Street app (available in both iPhone app store and Google Play app store).

Types of problems you can report on Fix My Street (not exhaustive list):

  • pot holes
  • blocked drains
  • dog fouling
  • fly tipping
  • overgrown trees/vegetation encroaching on the highway
  • highways signage
  • streetlighting

To receive the most efficient response please:
1) Report each issue individually as separate enquiries. This is because different teams deal with different subjects.
2) Plot the issue on the map accurately. If Shropshire Council cannot find an issue, the case will be closed as no further action can be taken. TIP: You can give a precise location reference using the free What 3 Words service
3) Include a photo of the issue.
4) Include a photo of the location to aid identification.
