Tenancy consultation

Dear plot holders

Some of you may be aware that the parish council has been reviewing its tenancy agreement in recent months.

This review has been necessary due to the length of time since its last review and needed to address some potential issues that have been identified with the current tenancy agreement.

The parish council begun reviewing its agreement in late 2021 and took the opportunity to consult those changes with the Lilleshall Allotments Society to ensure that plot users’ knowledge is fed into this review.

I am please to inform you that we have now produced a new tenancy agreement and would like to consult on this with you before formally introducing it. Our hope is that the new tenancy will offer greater securities for the parish councils (land owners) liabilities and for plot holders clarification over plot maintenance.

Therefore, from the 1st March 2022 to the 15th April 2022 (6 weeks) we will have an open consultation on the draft tenancy agreement and we welcome your comments.

Best wishes

Lilleshall Parish Council
