Little Marlow Parish Council
I joined Little Marlow Parish Council as Clerk in October 2014 after working for 9 and a half years as the Deputy Clerk to Hughenden Parish Council.
I was delighted to pass my CiLCA qualification in August 2015. This is the Certificate in Local Council Administration which is a nationally recognised qualification with Local Government - and to be accepted as a Member of the Institute of Local Council Management in September 2015.
Following the changes in Society of Local Council Clerk's Professional Development Scheme, from 1st November 2017, I was accepted as a Principal Member.
Little Marlow is a beautiful parish and I really enjoy my role working here. Parish Councils are the first tier of government and therefore the closest to the community it serves. We may be a relatively small parish, but we are very active in working to meet the needs of our parishioners.
