Monday-Friday 6-7 pm
We do fitness classes daily at the club using a mixed variety of training methods including HIIT, Weighted circuits, S&Q Sessions, Padwork, bagwork, mixed circuits and many other methods of training. These sessions are aimed at everyone looking for a varied way of getting fit and are suitable for everyone to steadily improve their fitness. These sessions have been running for over 10 years at the club and with great success.
