Wessex league

The Wessex League is a men's league played between clubs over a wide area of the country. This year Loddon Vale will play in the Thames Region Division of the league. The winners and runners up proceed to the final inter-divisional playoff stages.

Each club plays the other clubs in their division once - hence Loddon Vale plays six games in the division.

The format is four rinks, two at home and two away playing simultaneously on Sunday mornings. 2 points (1 each for a tie) are earned by each winning rink and 8 points  (4 each for a tie) are earned by the team winning the overall aggregate score for the four rinks - hence 16 points are available for each match.
