Affordable Housing

There will be four rented properties available from March 2026. The development will include the following properties:

  • 1 x one-bedroom ground floor flat, maximum two-person – £150.67 per week
  • 1 x one-bedroom first floor flat, maximum two-person - £150.67 per week
  • 1 x two-bedroom house, maximum four-person – £207.17 per week
  • 1 x three-bedroom house, maximum five-person – £232.68 per week

All rents are inclusive of a £21.87 service charge.

To be eligible for these properties applicants must have a local connection to the primary parishes of Longstock and Leckford.

Applicants must also be registered for housing with Test Valley District Council.

The deadline for applications is 4th January 2026, after which, the English Rural Housing Manger will be in contact to confirm local connections of any applicants who may have applied.
