Raising Awareness of Mental Health and Wellbeing

These newly designed Crisis Support Cards have been produced in collaboration between Kent County Council and the Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group.

The cards feature information on a range of easy to access mental health and wellbeing support services for children, young people, and adults in Kent. They can be shared with anybody struggling with their mental health and who could benefit from quick and local support. The cards can also be used to start a conversation with someone about their mental health, as having the chance to open up to someone is often the first step towards positive action in improving wellbeing.

There is a newly produced multi-agency mental health and wellbeing hub on the Kent.gov.uk website which provides information on local wellbeing services, useful resources, and ideas for improving wellbeing.
