Malmesbury Bowls and Social Club
The Malmesbury Bowls and Social Club Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 27 February 2022 at 7.30 pm.
On behalf of the Committee, you are invited to the Annual General Meeting.
The agenda is attached - any further items for the agenda must be received by the Club President, John Smith at least one week before the meeting.
One key item on the agenda is the decision regarding the club status. Only full bowling members who have paid their membership fees for the 2022 season will be allowed to vote on this proposal.
For anyone who has not yet joined but wishes to do so please pay £120 by internet banking (Sort Code 30-91-99 Account Number 64723468), or bring a cheque, or cash, or pay by card through SumUp, at the Annual General Meeting.
A further agenda item relates to sub committees. If any member is willing to serve on any of the following sub committees then please either put your name on the sheet provided in the club house or respond to this mail, stating your preference.
- Building Maintenance
- Green maintenance
- Competitions
- Fixtures
- Entertainment
If the fixture book has been printed in time for the meeting then this will be distributed to members.
Although mask wearing is not now compulsory, national guidance is that masks should be worn in crowded places.

There are limited car parking spaces at the club. If possible, please park in Cross Hayes. It is a short walk from Cross Hayes, down Silver Street, to the club house.
